FAQ

There's no long-term contract. You are billed monthly and you can cancel anytime.

There's a one-time implementation fee of $2,500. This includes setting up your catalog, gallery, website, staff accounts, training & ramp-up support.

Apart from your monthly subscription, there's no additional fee for staff accounts or POS stations. There are additional fees if you opt into the optional Add-On packages to supercharge your growth.

A convenience fee of 1% (min $2.00) is applicable to online orders (paid by the customer). There's no convenience fee on in-store and phone orders.
